Privacy Policy

Last updated:

Apexly respects your privacy and aims to explain clearly what data may be processed when you use this website.

We collect only the information needed to contact you, prepare an offer, discuss your future project and keep the website running reliably.

01Who processes the data

This website and the Apexly service are used to receive enquiries about building and developing websites.

Controller: Apexly.

Contact email: apexly.lab@gmail.com

02What data we may receive

When you send a request through the website, we may receive:

  • your name;
  • phone number;
  • your preferred contact method;
  • your company or business name, if provided;
  • links to your website, Instagram or other pages, if added;
  • a description of your request, project or wishes;
  • design references or other materials you choose to share;
  • any other information you add to the form or a message yourself.

When you use the website, technical data needed for its operation and security may also be processed automatically, such as information about the network request, browser, device type, network parameters and the approximate region of the request.

03How we use the data

The information we receive may be used to:

  • respond to your request;
  • contact you in the way you chose;
  • understand your business needs;
  • prepare an offer;
  • discuss the design, features, timeline and cost of your future project;
  • fulfill agreements with clients;
  • keep the website stable and secure;
  • prevent spam, abuse and malicious requests.

We do not use information from the form for automated marketing messages without an appropriate legal basis.

04Legal bases for processing

Depending on the situation, personal data may be processed:

  • to take steps at your request before starting work together or entering into a contract;
  • to fulfill agreements or a contract;
  • based on your consent, where it is required;
  • based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website running, safe and protected.

If processing of certain data is based on your consent, you can withdraw it.

05How a request is processed

When you submit the form on the website, the information is sent through the Apexly server.

To receive and handle enquiries promptly, request data may be forwarded to the Apexly workspace via Telegram.

Apexly does not sell users’ personal data or share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

06Third-party services

Apexly may use third-party technical services to run the website.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare is used for hosting, content delivery, network infrastructure, website protection and handling technical requests.

While Cloudflare’s infrastructure is in operation, certain technical data may be processed in accordance with Cloudflare’s terms and privacy policy.

If the website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, it may be used to obtain general visit statistics and technical performance metrics.

Telegram

Telegram may be used to deliver requests to the Apexly work chat.

Information sent via Telegram may also be processed in accordance with Telegram’s terms and privacy policy.

08Retention period

We aim not to keep personal data longer than necessary for the purposes it was collected for.

Requests and related correspondence may be kept for as long as needed to:

  • handle the enquiry;
  • communicate with a potential or existing client;
  • deliver the project;
  • fulfill agreements;
  • resolve possible disputes;
  • meet applicable legal obligations.

Once information is no longer needed for its purpose, it may be deleted.

09Cookies and analytics

Apexly does not use advertising cookies without your consent.

If the Meta Pixel advertising tool (Meta’s service for Facebook and Instagram) is enabled on the website, it loads only after you click “Allow” in the cookie notice. In that case Meta may receive technical data about your visit and actions on the page (page view, request submission, clicks on contact buttons) and use cookies in accordance with its own policy. This helps us measure how well our ads work. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the home page.

Strictly necessary mechanisms may be used by infrastructure services to keep the website running, secure and protected from abuse.

Cloudflare Web Analytics may be used for general statistics and analysis of how the website performs.

The website also collects anonymous statistics on how the page is used: which sections were viewed, how far the page was scrolled, which buttons were clicked, whether filling in the form was started, as well as the general traffic source and device type. These statistics are collected without cookies, without storing IP addresses and without identifying users; they contain no data entered into the form and are used only to improve the website.

The site language is chosen automatically — based on your browser language or, if that doesn’t match, on the approximate country that Cloudflare determines from the request’s IP address. This information is used only when the page opens and is not stored. If you choose a language yourself in the switcher, your choice is saved in a technical cookie apexly_lang for 12 months. It contains no personal data and is not used for advertising or analytics.

10Information security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration or misuse.

Access to the work channels and services used to process requests is limited to people who need that information to handle a client’s request.

However, no method of transmitting or storing information on the internet can guarantee absolute security.

11Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to your situation, you may have the right to:

  • find out whether we process your personal data;
  • access your data;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate information;
  • ask us to delete your data;
  • ask us to restrict processing;
  • object to certain processing;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • receive your data in cases provided for by law;
  • lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

To exercise your rights or ask a question about personal data, simply write to us by email.

12Children’s data

The Apexly website and services are not intended for collecting personal data from children.

If we learn that a child’s personal data was provided without a proper legal basis, we may delete it.

13Changes to this policy

Apexly may update this Privacy Policy from time to time if the website’s features, data processing methods, services used or applicable requirements change.

The current version of the Policy will always be available on this page.

The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
